Termarust Technologies is a Steel Preservation Coating System.
Extend Steel Asset Service Life of Aged, Corroded Steel Assets.

Tight maintenance budgets do not necessarily have to translate to skipping maintenance procedures.
Preventive maintenance is the most effective way to preserve your steel assets.
Preservation can be done on a budget as notable savings can be realized during rehabilitations.
Cost effective PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE with Termarust Technology Solutions.
(Lowest cost per applied square foot / year of service).
During Inspections [Equipment: Pressure washer with salt remover additive, air compressor, chisel hammer, spray bottle Penetrant, brush.]

Managing Structure Critical Corrosion Areas:
Add 1% Salt Remover to source water for pressure washer.
Pressure wash to remove dirt, oil, rust, loose paint, contaminates, etc. (Hand tool if required.)
Blow water out of connections.
Fill connections with HRCSA Penetrant till refusal. Let sit 5 minutes, brush out excess.
Brush apply HRCSA topcoat wet-on-wet to finish.

Managing Corrosion Hot-spots, Undercutting:
Buff out corrosion hotspot and undercutting with right angle sander with nylon fiber grinding wheel. Remove corrosion hotspots – including rust blistered areas.
Pressure wash with salt remover additive (Spray and brush OK too.) Apply HRCSA topcoat to cleaned area with brush or roller.

Wire Rope: Remove existing coating. Solvent wipe affected area to remove deleterious matter. Apply HRCSA topcoat with a paint mitt.
HRCSA is chemically active and polar bonding. The coating works it’s way between strands to seal and protect them from the environment.
Zone Painting Structure Critical Corrosion Areas.

Corrosion is found under leaking expansion joints or other areas exposed to corrosive contaminates. Beam ends corrode, support bearings movements get stuck on black oxides and girders stress under this unintended constriction.
And this is easily preventable with Termarust HRCSA and salt remover technology.

Surface Preparation: High pressure water clean with 500 bar, hot water, rotating tip and salt additive to remove all non-tightly adhered paint, rust and other contaminants then dry with high pressure air.
HRCSA Treatment: Infuse HRCSA Penetrant under pressure, till refusal inside all connections and pack-rusted connections. Stripe coat connections, corners with HRCSA topcoat.
Overcoat entire area wet-on-wet to overcoat the full zone.

Applied to specification, HRCSA has issued repeated no exclusion corrosion mitigation performance warranties which cover both pack-rusted and complex joint connections against rust bleeding.
